Jeremiah Craig was not only the first musician that I interviewed for the podcast, but also a driving force in my inspiration to start a podcast!

I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremiah about 10-12 years ago while visiting my best friend, Darryle Brown at R.I.T in Rochester, New York. At that time, Jeremiah was still in school and more importantly in the Jack Swift Band.

As the years went on, he graduated and moved across the country to Seattle, Washington ( a favorite place of mine) but we were able to stay in touch through the internet.

Jeremiah and I have very similar views on marketing, branding, and the future of the internet but vary greatly on footwear.

Jeremiah is a cowboy boot pioneer in a digital age who specializes in writing and performing folk music amongst many other talents.

Owner of JeremiahCraig.com

Jeremiah is a master storyteller so it is no surprise that he is also a great marketer. His website is simple but super effective. It also has a subdomain that has a collection of royalty free sound clips and songs that people can use in their work. On his website you can find basic info about him, keep up with upcoming shows, and listen / buy his music.

Jeremiah is what I would call a folk singer but he calls himself a balladeer.

If that wasn’t enough creativity, he is extremely active producing written articles on his blog as well as Linkedin and has a great following on Youtube!

Youtube is all about telling your story in a creative and visual means. Jeremiah has been able to use Youtube to build his brand as well as create income and build relationships.

He has a few series on Youtube that you should check out:

Breakroom Balladeer

In this series Jeremiah networks with businesses and collaborates for great content. He interviews the people at the business and also gets to perform a song for the company. It is a great way to co-brand and use each others platforms for good. Another awesome thing about this series is he makes a song for every episode!

Coffee and Music

In this series Jeremiah live streams himself playing tunes and drinking coffee. It is a great way to try out new songs, interact with his Instagram and other followings, and is a fun way to put on a personal show if not too many people tune in.

And if those were not enough, there are tons of videos on his youtube channel. Check them all out.

It was a great talking with Jeremiah in a professional setting. I always enjoy his content online and equally glad when I can get him to collaborate on mine!
